Full-time • Federalsburg, MD We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional support to staff and clients alike. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, bilingual (preferred), and excels in multitasking with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and route inquiries efficiently Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Perform data entry, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in clerical tasks and record keeping Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision Support office management tasks including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly in person, by phone, and by email
Requirements:
Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities highly desirable Experience with office management tasks such as calendar coordination, data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Strong computer literacy and efficient typing/data entry speed Customer service, receptionist, or personal assistant experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$22 - $25 per hour, based on experience Paid Time Off & paid holidays
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
