Job Description

Database Administrator Program Management Portal The Database Administrator Program Management Portal provides comprehensive database management and design support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate. Responsibilities
  • Perform local database administration for standard database software and develop, field, and support database applications.
  • Organize and provide training for laboratory personnel to ensure appropriate execution of database implementation.
  • Ensure appropriate patches are implemented on database servers for operating system and database software.
  • Create database implementation and documentation defining database requirements and implementation standards to migrate from legacy access database system.
  • Prepare and implement database tests plans to ensure functionality in test and production phases of database development, as required.
  • Provide software enhancements to existing or future IA/IT database(s).
  • Develop and maintain management system to include data and lifecycle management, chain of custody, reporting and analytics, and web services interface.
  • Develop and maintain a CAC enabled cloud-based solution accessible to Stakeholders, as required by the Government.
  • Develop and maintain a workflow process that automates the Contractors' submission of Extended Work Week (EWW) requests, ROMs, Requests to Initiate Purchases (RIPs), Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), and a Project Tracker system for this and other Government identified TOs, as required by the Government.
  • Develop and maintain a workflow process which also allows the COR and other Government personnel to provide digital concurrence to relevant items, as required by the Government.
Qualifications Required:
  • BA/BS with 8 years of experience managing government programs or AS/AA with 10 years of similar experience
  • Demonstrated experience with DBMS design, system analysis, and programming, current operating systems software internals, data manipulation techniques and languages, and current DBMS technologies.
TS/SCI Clearance Salary Range:
$115,253 - $139,044 The above salary range represents a general guidline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
