Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy household and small business operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, and handles shifting priorities with ease. This role requires a balanced mix of domestic management, small business administration, and property oversight. You must be deeply comfortable working in a home with children and dogs, serving as a reliable extension of management for both family and business needs. Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Management & Organization Manage day-to-day household operations, errands, and restocking of essential supplies. Coordinate routine home maintenance, vendor scheduling, and service appointments. Execute structured household organization projects (pantries, storage, asset logs). Assist with family scheduling, appointments, and logistics. Property Management Assistance Oversee and inspect property conditions, tracking routine maintenance schedules. Coordinate with contractors, repair technicians, and local service providers. Assist with documentation, lease record-keeping, and operational tracking for property assets. Manage the collection of funds, tracking of financial transactions, rent/fee processing, and ledger maintenance related to property assets. Small Business Administration Perform general administrative tasks including email management, scheduling, and digital filing. Assist with light bookkeeping support, invoice tracking, and data entry. Prepare operational reports, correspondence, and project tracking sheets. Child & Pet Care Integration Interact comfortably and safely with children in a shared workspace or home environment. Provide a welcoming, pet-friendly approach (must be completely comfortable around dogs of varying sizes). Assist with dog-related logistics (vet runs, feeding routines, walking coordination as needed). Travel & Specialized Coverage Provide occasional overnight house-sitting and dog-sitting when principals travel. Assist with occasional business or personal travel coordination (itineraries, bookings, packing logistics).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, or operations coordinator. High-performance nanny experience is also welcome.
Pet & Child Friendly:
Genuine comfort and prior experience working in environments with children and dogs.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with modern productivity tools (calendars, cloud storage, spreadsheets, email management) desired but not required.
Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Reliability:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean background check, and excellent references.
Pay:
$24.18 - $30.32 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
