LHH is partnering with a property management company in Hunt Valley is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced professional office environment. This will begin on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent hire. Hunt Valley, MD Pay Rate:
$22-$25 per hourSchedule:
Full-time hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Key responsibilities include:- Front desk support, managing calendars, meetings, and schedules
- Greeting guests and handling front office communications
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Supporting leadership with administrative and project-based tasks
- Coordinating office supplies, catering, and shared spaces
- Assisting with onboarding coordination and internal team support What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Additional requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
