SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization. This position is offered as a temporary-to-permanent opportunity , providing qualified candidates with the potential to transition to a regular full-time role based on performance, business needs, and organizational fit. The role is responsible for coordinating office activities, managing communications, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting departmental personnel. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) or more years of administrative, clerical, office support, customer service, or related experience. Preferred Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Experience supporting managers, departments, or executive-level personnel. Experience working in a professional office environment.COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS
Starting salary: $40,000 per year . Position is structured as a temporary-to-permanent (temp-to-hire) assignment . Conversion to permanent status will be based on performance, attendance, business needs, and successful completion of the temporary employment period. Upon conversion, employees may become eligible for company-sponsored benefits and additional employment programs, subject to company policies.
