The Administrative Assistant is a representative of GT Independence who provides phone, e-mail, and face-to-face personal service to people served, employees of GT Independence, and their partners. The Administrative Assistant performs general clerical duties. Responsibilities Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate individual or queue. Meet and greet visitors to the office. Open, log, and distribute all incoming mail appropriately. Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office products. Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Process documents following established policies and procedures. Maintain inventory of general office supplies. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing. Maintain electronic filing system. Coordinate repairs to office equipment. Support staff in assigned project-based work.
