Administrative Assistant | Hunt Valley, MD Our client in Hunt Valley, MD is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of front desk, clerical, and administrative responsibilities in a professional office setting. What you'll be doing: Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact at the front desk Answer and route incoming calls and emails Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support Schedule meetings and manage calendars Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and recordkeeping Sort/distribute mail and maintain office supplies Support team projects and assist across departments as needed What we're looking for: 1+ year of administrative or front desk experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and customer service approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Why this role: Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Fully onsite in Hunt Valley, MD Great opportunity to grow within a supportive team Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
