• Has previous experience in an ER or general practice setting

Schedule:

We understand that work-life balance is critical to your well-being. With this in consideration, we designed the schedule as follows:

• 13 shifts per month (typically 3 shifts per week)
• No greater than 50% overnights
• No more than 3 consecutive shifts, with a minimum of 2 days between overnight and daytime shifts.

Compensation:

Our competitive compensation package includes:

• Competitive base salary and monthly production bonus, with earning potential of $160k to $250k annually including 23% production and NO negative accrual
