Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant, the position requires organization, motivation, strong communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude. The Admin. Assistant is the first point of contact for our clients, advisors, and visitors, and provides general office support with a wide variety of administrative duties and related tasks. The candidate will have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, handle tasks thoroughly and expeditiously, be proactive and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Your Impact:

Open and manage two office suites, arriving by 9:00 AM Monday-Friday and supporting daily front‑desk operations Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and messages with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism Greet, assist, and direct visitors while maintaining a welcoming office environment Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and vendor coordination (USPS, FedEx, UPS), including occasional drop‑offs/pickups (mileage reimbursed) Maintain inventory and organization of office, kitchen, and conference room supplies across both suites Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of suites, including kitchens, common areas, and seasonal décor Order, set up, and occasionally pick up food for internal meetings and office needs (mileage reimbursed) Partner with the Operations Manager on daily operations, projects, administrative support, and occasional overtime during peak periods (primarily December)

Pay Range:

$21.35 - $26.50 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
