We are looking for a reliable, professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual to assist with daily office operations and provide administrative support to our team. Both experienced candidates and individuals looking to develop their administrative and office skills are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Make outbound calls and follow up with clients and applicants. Respond to emails, text messages, and other business communications. Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management. Enter and update information in company systems. Maintain organized digital and physical records. Assist with client and applicant follow-ups. Assist with interview and appointment scheduling. Update leads, contacts, and notes in the company CRM. Prepare basic documents, forms, and reports. Assist with filing, scanning, printing, and other general office tasks. Provide customer service and administrative support. Communicate professionally with clients, applicants, employees, and management. Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality. Keep the office and work area organized. Assist management and other team members with daily office tasks. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Reliable and punctual. Strong organizational skills. Good attention to detail. Professional communication and phone skills. Comfortable making and receiving phone calls. Basic computer and email skills. Ability to use or learn Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM, and scheduling systems. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good customer service skills. Bilingual skills are a plus. Pay Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
