Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and streamline workflows. This paid position offers a dynamic work environment where your multitasking abilities and attention to detail will make a significant impact. Duties Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with efficiency. Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Assist with event planning for corporate meetings, conferences, and special events from inception to execution. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and document proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy. Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to meet objectives. Perform office management and supporting clerical staff as needed. Conduct transcription of meetings or notes and assist with office technology troubleshooting to ensure seamless daily operations. Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive administrative support role with a strong background in office management. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and office equipment. Prior experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a multitasking environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems. Experience coordinating events or projects from start to finish while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of transcription services and proofreading techniques to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic workplace environment. Pay:
$21.44 - $25.82 per hour
