Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, organizing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer applications. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to an efficient and professional work environment while developing valuable administrative expertise. Responsibilities Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and maintain excellent phone etiquette Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meetings for team members with precision Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, editing, and collaboration Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean workspace Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal staff efficiently Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative records Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software preferred Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective time management practices Pay Starting $20+/hour depending upon experience.
