Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine is seeking an energetic, service-driven Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our company. In this role, you will keep our front office and showroom running smoothly, support our team behind the scenes, and ensure every homeowner, guest, and business partner feels at home from the moment they walk through our door. What You'll Do Front Office & Guest Experience Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, homeowners, vendors, and applicants. Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the right team member. Greet and assist walk-in guests with professionalism and warmth. Coordinate homeowner arrivals with the appropriate team members. Manage conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are ready. Showroom Management Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom. Keep product displays, literature, and marketing materials stocked and presentable. Assist with showroom preparation for events, meetings, and homeowner visits. Report display maintenance or facility concerns as needed. Office Operations Order and maintain office supplies, breakroom inventory, and company materials. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate office equipment maintenance and vendor service appointments. Monitor and maintain common areas, including reception, kitchen, and conference rooms. Administrative Support Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Schedule meetings and assist with logistics as needed. Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials. Maintain office records, directories, and administrative files. Support leadership and departmental managers with administrative projects. Employee Engagement & Culture Coordinate employee celebrations, recognition events, and company gatherings. Support holiday events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation initiatives. Assist with new hire onboarding logistics and office preparation. Manage company merchandise, promotional items, and employee welcome materials. Vendor & Facility Coordination Serve as the primary contact for office-related vendors and service providers. Coordinate facility maintenance requests and repairs. Track office inventory and submit purchase requests as needed. Support workplace safety and facility organization initiatives. What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or receptionist experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Experience supporting a construction, home improvement, manufacturing, or service-based business. Experience coordinating events, travel arrangements, or office operations. Comfortable working in a high-visibility, customer-facing environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
