Role Description SCS is seeking an individual to fill the role of General Secretary/ Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and operational support to the administrative team. The primary role will be to support all the functions of the office, including calendar management, event coordination, utilization of the student information system, and liaison between students, faculty and parents. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree, prior experience working in an office setting and the use of standard office equipment. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (ability to create and or work with tables, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) and excellent organization and communication skills are required skills.
