8:00 AM•2:00 PM Job Summary In Home Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our agency while helping us provide quality services to the aging and disabled population in our community. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with both clients and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and confidence using multiple office and communication platforms. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to clients and staff professionally and courteously Monitor, organize, filter, and respond to emails using Outlook and Gmail Type, update, and maintain client care plans and office documentation Update client and employee information across multiple systems and platforms Print documents received through email and forward documents received via text to email Prepare and organize client and employee packets and files Maintain filing systems and assist with overall office organization Support daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, staff, and visitors Preferred Qualifications Experience as an office assistant, office secretary, receptionist, or administrative support professional preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Gmail/Google Workspace Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills Excellent communication and phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in healthcare, home care, medical office, or human services settings is a plus Experience with filing systems, clerical duties, and maintaining confidential information preferred Why Join Our Team?
