Job Description
Job Duties:
Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Support office management tasks including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office maintenance as needed Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, ideally within a customer service environment Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of office management procedures, phone etiquette, and data entry best practices Previous experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous for this role Join us as an Office Assistant and become an integral part of a team that values community engagement, professionalism, and proactive support.
