Job Description

The Design Administrative Assistant supports the designers and completion sales team in planning and assembling professional and creative design packages for customers. In addition, this position maintains the materials library and art supplies. Essential Job Functions 1. Assists with the creating interior material color boards and exterior illustrations, assembling Project Material Specification sheets with appropriate cuttings, and copying photos for design presentations and customer specification meetings. 2. Maintains materials library and art supplies by keeping samples updated, organized and current. Assists designers with checking stock and places orders to replenish stock as needed. 3. Provides administrative support such as preparing written communication, performing data entry, filing, answering phones, etc. 4. Supports Design team on special projects as requested. 5. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
