Pay Range 20 to 21
We are seeking a Clerk General to join the company, a premier supplier, in Belleville, MI.

- Sorts, maintains and updates files alphabetically or numerically.
- Answers telephones and relays messages.
- Occasionally may use computer or typewriter to type labels or address envelopes.
- Uses computer to access information. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
- Must communicate both orally and in writing.
- Must have basic computer knowledge. 2 years' experience required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Uses computer to do various office assistant duties.
- Manage overtime distribution lists
- Creating and maintaining the schedule.
- Payroll/Timekeeper
- Manage calibrated equipment exchange process
- Distribute primary read routes
- Verify and communicate work loads
- Record safety meeting minutes
- Coordinating training Field Reps.
- Reconcile receipts for field reps..
- Orders office supplies
- Coordinated meeting/huddles.
- Offers other misc.
office support to leadership.
