full-time Position Summary The Front Office Assistant supports the daily operations of the firm by managing office services, supplies, mail, administrative projects, and practice group support. This role helps ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment while providing high-quality internal service to attorneys and staff. This position does not have responsibility for answering incoming telephone calls. Essential Responsibilities Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor orders. Receive, stock, and distribute office and facility supplies. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Coordinate conference room setup and meeting support. Maintain common areas, supply rooms, and office organization. Provide administrative support to attorneys, legal assistants, and practice groups. Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, copying, and special projects. Support onboarding activities, office events, and firm meetings. Coordinate service and maintenance requests for office equipment and facilities. Assist with records management and document retention activities. Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, vendors, and guests. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, office support, or law firm experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Requirements Ability to move, lift, and carry supplies and packages up to 30 pounds. Ability to walk throughout the office and perform occasional stocking and setup duties.
