This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in keeping our shop running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Body shop experience is a strong plus and will be highly valued. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a self-starter who: Has exceptional customer relations skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Is proficient in CCC One, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Can adapt quickly to any situation and maintain composure during a busy, fast-paced workday Is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling billing and administrative tasks Has prior experience in a body shop, automotive repair, or related field (a strong advantage) Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting and welcoming customers for estimates and vehicle repair drop-offs Checking customers out when vehicles are completed, ensuring a positive final experience Answering all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Maintaining and updating CCC One at all times to ensure accurate records Following through with customer files for billing and posting at month-end Reconciling vendor statements at month-end Monitoring and responding to company emails as needed Overseeing all aspects of daily office operations Why Join Lakeside Collision?
