Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent customer service abilities. Previous office management, clerical experience, and familiarity with medical or dental reception are highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where organizational skills and professionalism are valued. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for creating reports, managing schedules, and correspondence Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or clients Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent customer service and support Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Manage office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting administrative projects Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems Customer service experience with a professional demeanor is essential This position is integral to maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
