What You'll Do:

Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up-to-date Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 2 + years of medical office experience Positive attitude, strong communication and excellent phone etiquette Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment Dependable and eager to learn new systems (experience with eCW EMR is a bon us)
