Full Time (90-100%) Support Staff Opening on: Aug 5 2026 Closing at: Aug 11 2026 - 23:55 EDT 07 Salary Commensurate with Experience College Of Natural Science 1150448 Position Summary Undergraduate academic affairs support: Student assistance, monitor student enrollment, review/process overrides, prerequisite checks, textbook inventory/distribution, class schedule work copy, and classroom scheduling. Assists the Undergraduate Program Director, STT academic advisor, and Associate Chair. Assists with Student Learning Center (process student employee hires and create name badges).
Operations support:
Front office support (telephones, mail, counter assistance), faculty support (collect/post/file syllabus, exams, copying and scanning), travel arrangements (colloquium and visitors); keys inventory/distribution, textbook inventory/distribution, directory updates, supplies inventory and orders, and process maintenance requests.
Finance support:
Process visitor travel reimbursements, various EBS documents (disbursement vouchers, vendor processing, cash deposits, requisitions and purchase orders, etc.), enter student employee payroll.
Graduate program support:
Add TAs to their recitations (course sections) in SIS; front desk help for TAs, and coordinate TA keys once assignments are made. Backup to Graduate Academic Program Coordinator (emails, enrollments, etc.). Assist with directories and office assignments as needed. Minimum Requirements Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education with coursework in typing and shorthand; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database, desktop publishing, calendaring and/or presentation software; typing and filing; and may require technical training related to the field of employment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications Experience in area of undergraduate student affairs, experience with SIS/Registrar office systems and knowledge of procedures (drops/adds/overrides); proficiency in maintaining and reporting data; experience with EBS finance system, strong communications skills; proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
