Job Description

Our wealth management office is looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Office Administrative Assistant . We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and has experience in customer service. The position can be part-time or full-time for the right fit.
What You'll Do:
Support two financial advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks Handle incoming phone calls to assist clients' needs Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic documents Assist with general office operations Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional office atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
Previous office experience in the financial services industry or a similar professional industry is required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and basic office technology Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required Dependable and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time Part-time candidates must be available 3 days per week, including Wednesday and Friday; the third day is flexible.
Additional Requirements:
The financial services industry requires fingerprinting and background checks for all prospective employees. There are no employee benefits for this position.
