Job Summary Compass Drug Screening is a locally owned, multi-office drug testing company seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Services Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will undertake a multitude of administrative tasks and clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing, storing and disseminating documents. The Business Services Administrator will serve as the main point of contact with our corporate clients and provide excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, high attention to detail and a passion for office management to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, scheduling drug tests and answering service questions. Onboard new corporate accounts and set up customized testing packages. Deliver high-level service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service offerings. Coordinate with collection sites, laboratories, and MROs (Medical Review Officers) to ensure smooth testing workflows. Oversee chain-of-custody protocols to ensure the integrity and forensic validity of every specimen collected. Troubleshoot Testing/ COC issues such as missing results, misspellings, abnormal findings, donor or employer inquiries. Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Business Services , such as preparing reports, assisting in monthly invoicing, and supporting client communication efforts Requirements High school diploma required; Associate degree in business or a related field is preferred. Experience in a medical, clinical, or office administration setting is a plus Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy essential for daily tasks Experience with QuickBooks Online software is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with drug-testing compliance (like DOT guidelines) is very helpful Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; ability to handle confidential information discreetly Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone communication and etiquette Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Prior administrative or personal assistant experience is preferred; familiarity with calendar management is advantageous Join our team as a Business Services Administrator and become a key contributor to our office environment!
