$22.95/hour

Position Overview:
Personnel World is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Field Assistant for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The Field Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support Assist with scheduling and coordination of daily activities Maintain organized files, records, and documentation Support communication with staff, members, and the public Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and logistics Perform data entry and basic reporting tasks Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers and standard office software Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable #IND1
