Office Clerk

Flowers Automotive Recyclers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations and workflow organization. This is a structured, office-based role focused on tracking production, organizing materials, and supporting business operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation and efficient coordination between office and shop activities.

Responsibilities:

Track daily vehicle intake and processing activity Maintain accurate records of materials recovered (electronics, metals, components) Prepare and organize documentation for weekly shipments and pickups Assist with inventory tracking and material accountability Maintain daily logs for operations, compliance, and reporting Support employee time tracking and basic payroll documentation Organize and maintain all office records and files Assist with scheduling, communication, and general office coordination

Requirements:

Strong organization and attention to detail Basic computer skills (data entry, email, record keeping) Ability to work independently and stay on task Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Position Details:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Office-based position (no shop work or hazardous duties)

Training & Development:

This position includes a structured 60-day training program and may qualify for On-the-Job Training (OJT) through Michigan Works!, with a focus on administrative operations, material tracking, and workflow support.
