This position has flexible summer & fall hours and is full time during tax season (January through April 15). Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for team members. Support office management activities including supply inventory Prepare correspondence, Word processing documents, proofread materials for accuracy, and handle phone communication with professionalism. Provide clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office equipment. Experience Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette.
