Part-time; schedule to be determined Position Overview As the Maintenance Membership Coordinator, you will reach out to maintenance members whose services are due or coming due and assist them with scheduling. You will also follow up on outstanding maintenance estimates, answer general questions, and help move approved work forward. Success in this role requires strong organization, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple follow-up activities independently. What You'll Do Contact maintenance members to arrange due and upcoming service visits Coordinate appointment times based on customer preferences and technician availability Review membership accounts before scheduling to confirm plan status, contact details, and services owed Connect with customers by phone, email, and text Follow up on canceled or missed appointments and assist with rescheduling Review open maintenance estimates and contact customers regarding questions or next steps Schedule approved maintenance work and communicate necessary details to the appropriate team members Maintain organized follow-up lists based on service due dates and the age of open estimates Accurately document customer conversations, scheduling activity, and contact attempts Refer technical, pricing, or service concerns to the appropriate team member Provide professional and helpful service during every customer interaction Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support Professional and confident phone communication skills Strong written and verbal communication Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow through on outstanding tasks Comfort managing several priorities and customer follow-ups at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar programs Dependable and consistent work habits Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving approach
