Job Description

We are hiring for a Full Time Administrative Assistant!

Wage Information:

Wage:

$17.85/hour Includes $0.85/hour MI Wage Pass Through until 09.30.26

Responsibilities Include:

Serve as the initial building contact for visitors of our center Maintain forms Assist with Admissions as needed Assist with scheduling appointments Screen and route telephone calls to appropriate individuals or department Determine needs and order office supplies Communicate in a clear, articulate fashion Microsoft office/computer skills Visually and audibly identify needs/requests of Residents, families and visitors. Physical demands include standing and walking occasionally; lift/transfer office items to and from storage shelves; physically remove and replace office documents

Qualifications Include:

Strong Computer Skills Be a strong Multi-tasker Attention to detail Have every other weekend availability Must have strong customer service skills Must be able to work with interruptions Lake Woods is a family serving families with the highest level of care and compassion.
