Front desk is open Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm, May 20, 2024-August 17, 2024 Purpose or role of the position: Assist the ITS staff with various tasks relating to IT support for students, faculty, and staff on campus, including office tasks, classrooms, and office support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Front counter customer service Answer telephones Network login assistance WIFI questions and support Equipment checkout Check and maintain computer lab printers Event setup Classroom and computer lab upkeep Other tasks as assigned
Required Credentials:
Customer service experience preferred; Microsoft Office experience; positive attitude; must be a full-time Olivet College student that meets employment eligibility requirements: 2.5 overall GPA, registered full-time student for fall 2026 term, and no outstanding judicial record or student account balance
