This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate should possess an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and have a deep sense of accountability and confidence. We are looking for someone with high energy and a bright smile to welcome each patient who walks in our door. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a dynamic chiropractic practice committed to changing people's lives through better health. Duties Greet patients warmly with a smile, verify appointments, and manage scheduling to optimize clinic flow. Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling questions. Manage patient care plans and maintain account balances. Assist with patient exams and X-rays as well as actively participating in patient therapies. Educate patients on adjusting and therapy procedures, post-care instructions, and answer general inquiries to enhance their experience. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the front desk area, adjusting spaces, and examination rooms. Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in chiropractic or medical offices, is highly preferred. Ability to handle many different tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A background in healthcare or related fields with relevant certifications or training is considered a plus. More Information Please note the hours needed to be available to work this position. Monday through
Thursday:
9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Friday:
9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. These will vary based on which team member stays later each night. You may occasionally be needed to stay until 7:00 PM to complete job responsibilities. Fridays we typically finish by 1:00 PM, but we may need you to stay a little later to complete end-of-week tasks. You will have a designated one hour lunch break Monday through Thursday.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
