Job Description

This employee would primarily be responsible for gathering permits needed to complete the construction of single family, residential homes. Other tasks related to general business administration may be asked of this employee, such as but not limited to filing paperwork, answering phones, or data entry. We do have the option to make this a full time position in the future. Part time candidates would be only responsible for permitting, while future full time candidates would be given additional general administrative tasks. Requirements:
Proficient with computers Ability to read and write articulately Ability to communicate well through both written and oral Attention to detail Ability to work closely with other employees of various cultural backgrounds Excellent customer service abilities Driver's license in good standing Flexibility to work in ever changing circumstances Have "thick skin" and is not easily offended (this is a construction office with subcontractors coming and going constantly)
