A professional office in downtown Rogers City is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to assist with day-to-day office operations.
Schedule:
Monday through ThursdayNo Fridays or weekends. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule, including a parent looking for hours that work well with a school schedule or someone who is retired and interested in returning to the workforce.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming, professional office environment
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling mail and basic office correspondence
  • Assisting with general administrative and organizational tasks
