What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting the Call Center by answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to fill the Call Board in a polite, friendly manner Assisting with the fulfillment of Installation Coordinator responsibilities, particularly when Installation Coordinator is unavailable Assisting the Sales Department with general needs and inquiries, particularly when Sales Lead Coordinator is unavailable Applying and creating payment for permits prior to the commencement of every job (three business days whenever possible) Coordinating equipment inspections with homeowners and municipalities and following-up to ensure inspection has passed Conducting a weekly review of all open permits & contact homeowners to schedule inspections Scheduling violation visits with Field Supervisor and homeowner for all failed inspections Assisting in completing accurate and timely paperwork Participating actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training Attending Installation Department meetings and Company meetings Any other duties as assigned by
