Job Description

The Company:

The Role:
An onsite Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the field staff to ensure construction projects run efficiently and stay organized. This role involves maintaining and assisting with tracking project documentation, including data entry, tracking project logs, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining workforce and visitor records, assisting with employee onboarding paperwork, and supporting safety and compliance efforts by organizing certificates of insurance, permits, training records, and safety meeting documentation. The assistant serves as a liaison between the field and office from a paperwork standpoint. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. The workday is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with overtime available. Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, paid training, company-match 401K, discretionary profit sharing and year-end bonus.
