This role is a key part of our daily operations and patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage front desk responsibilities, scheduling, and supporting overall clinic workflow. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, a strong multitasker, and interested in a long-term role with opportunities to grow within the clinic. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greet patients, and create a welcoming and professional environment Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays Maintain accurate data entry, patient records, and documentation within the EHR system Handle patient intake forms and ensure all required documentation is completed Coordinate with providers and administrative staff to support daily operations Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, filing, and organizing office supplies Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment Support patient flow and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations Assist with basic clinical support tasks when needed (such as taking vital signs — training provided) Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems (EHR experience is a plus) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Friendly, patient-focused attitude with strong customer service skills Prior experience in a medical or clinic setting is preferred but not required Ability to adapt and take initiative in a growing practice Bilingual is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally Dependable with consistent attendance and strong time management Join our team and be part of a supportive, fast-growing mental health clinic where your role truly makes a difference in patient care and daily operations.
