Job Description

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and clerical support to department managers and their teams within a global manufacturing organization. The role focuses on document preparation, data entry, database maintenance, and day to day administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with multiple software applications with moderate to minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to one or two department managers and their teams. Prepare, format, edit, and maintain business documents and reports. Enter information accurately into existing templates, databases, and internal systems. Maintain and update department records, files, and databases. Support routine administrative processes and ensure information is organized and readily accessible. Use multiple vendor software applications to complete daily administrative tasks. Assist with general office coordination and other clerical activities as assigned. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail across administrative activities.
Required Qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience is required. Proficiency with two to three software applications used for administrative and office functions. Strong word processing, document editing, and data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with moderate to minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting managers or department leadership in a corporate or manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining databases, records, or other structured business information. Familiarity with administrative processes within a supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environment.

Pay Range:
