Job Description
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2:45 pmPosition Summary:
The High School Educational Aide supports the daily operations of the school office and library and hallways helping to provide a welcoming and organized environment for students, staff, and families. This role assists with clerical tasks, student supervision, and general support to ensure smooth and efficient school operations.Key Responsibilities:
Hallway Monitor:
Supervise hallways during transitions and class times to ensure safety, order, and adherence to school policies.Cafeteria Monitor:
Oversee student behavior during meal periods, assist with seating arrangements, and help maintain a clean and respectful dining environment.Office Assistant:
Perform basic clerical duties as requested by the administrative team and office staff. Supervise students in common areas such as the library, office, hallways, or other designated spaces. Help maintain a positive, safe, and respectful school environment. Perform other duties as assigned by administrators.Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a school setting. Reliability and attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well with staff and students in a professional and supportive manner.FLSA:
