$95,000 - $110,000Founded in 1999, we are a full service architectural and engineering design firm with approximately 100 employees company wide and 70 based in our Troy, Michigan headquarters. We provide integrated design services across education, healthcare, commercial, data centers, research and development, sports and recreation, and industrial markets. Our culture is built on collaboration, inclusion, and technical excellence.Why this role is different: This is a senior, field-facing architectural role focused on Construction Administration. You will be the primary on-site architectural representative, ensuring that design intent is carried through construction while supporting clients, contractors, and multi discipline teams. This position is ideal for architects who enjoy field coordination, problem solving, and leading CA efforts on complex projects.
What You Will Be DoingLead the on-site Construction Administration process on projects of varying size and complexityVisit construction sites regularly to gather information, answer contractor questions, and prepare punch listsResolve field issues quickly and accurately while maintaining design intent and technical qualityPresent technical design solutions to clients, contractors, and review groupsCoordinate with engineering disciplines and internal teams to support integrated project deliveryMaintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project team membersSupport project documentation, code compliance, and technical detailing as neededWhat You Need for This PositionProfessional degree in Architecture with 10 or more years of relevant experience and active architectural registrationStrong understanding of construction practices, field coordination, and multi discipline project deliveryAbility to supervise project teams, meet technical and schedule targets, and support integrated A E collaborationWorking knowledge of Revit with the ability to support design intent, technical documentation, and code complianceExperience mentoring junior and intermediate staff while maintaining clear communication with contractors and clientsAbility to coordinate with the Architectural Department Director and represent the firm professionally in the fieldWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
