Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and word processing using Microsoft Office tools Support office management tasks including organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence Assist with client communication by providing information and support in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other administrative documentation Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in front desk or customer service roles Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong phone answering skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone reception etiquette Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for supporting executive or team schedules Additionally, a variety of different Tasks Join us as a Front Desk Assistant to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
