About Renovations Unlimited Renovations Unlimited is a growing renovation and remodeling company dedicated to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, assist project managers and designers, and ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors. ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Lead Management Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage new leads in collaboration with the team Enter new lead information into Buildertrend Send pre-call Google surveys and input responses Apply lead templates and follow-ups in Buildertrend Send thank-you cards after in-home measures Buildertrend & Job Preparation Prepare sold jobs in Buildertrend Create invoices per Scope of Work (SOW) Send retainer invoices Start designer binders (stickers, cover sheets, warranty certificates, printed SOW) Print and upload change orders as needed Upload signed contract documents Materials & Office Operations Order materials and port-a-potty services Receive deliveries and inspect for damaged items Arrange replacements for damaged materials Maintain office supplies, snacks, and water inventory Invoicing & Financial Tasks Process PDA invoices Track and verify progress payments Verify change order payments Scheduling & Coordination Schedule deliveries, inspections, templates, and installations (countertops/glass) Schedule carpet measures Send end-of-day scheduling emails Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors Marketing & Team Support Assist with social media posts Order team shirts and jackets Maintain excess materials log Create and update email templates Qualifications Administrative experience required (construction/renovation industry preferred) Buildertrend experience a plus (training available) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to lift up to 50lbs Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Paid time off (after 90 days) Simple IRA contributions (after 90 days) Health benefit contribution (after 90 days) Paid holidays (after 90 days) Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed OR email your resume to: info@unlimityourhome.
