Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator position will be responsible for creating jobs, answering incoming service calls, dispatching the technicians, maintaining the job calendar (tech schedules), and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Creating jobs, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs with customers Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders Tracking open jobs and seeing them through to completion Meeting with the service operations team regularly Support of other Service departmental roles on an as-needed basis Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D.
