An Office or Administrative Assistant performs administrative work in an office. Works in a wide variety of office settings, such as a company or business, or a government office or school. Manages paper and electronic files, uses office equipment including computers, responds to phone calls and emails, routes mail and maintains calendars and schedules.
Approximately 24-32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday Responsibilities General office support including filing and arranging meetings Calendar management and meeting coordination Catering arrangements for meetings and events Taking meeting notes and distributing summaries Backup support for time and expense management in UKG Occasional plant floor presence (approximately 10%) Requirements 5-7 years of general administrative experience (minimum 3 years required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with SAP, Workday, and UKG systems Strong English language proficiency Ability to support office staff and coordinate logistics Comfortable working in a power plant environment with occasional plant floor exposure System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
