Job Description
Description Position Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities, and committed to maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
+ Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
+ Assist with office coordination, supply ordering, and vendor communication
+ Support departmental projects and administrative initiatives
+ Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of administrative, office support, or related experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
