Office Operations & Front Desk Specialist Interim HealthCare Staffing - 3.5 Bloomington, MN Job Details Full-time From $25 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Office Operations & Front Desk Specialist serves as the first point of contact for candidates, employees, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience, providing administrative and compliance support, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining office organization, and ensuring a professional workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist candidates, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Coordinate interview check-ins, onboarding activities, and candidate materials. Provide administrative support to recruiters, leadership, and internal staff. Assist with employee onboarding, compliance tracking, credential maintenance, and related documentation. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance information is current and organized. Support meeting and conference room setup, office events, and employee celebrations. Monitor, order, and restock office, kitchen, and onboarding supplies while following budget and approval guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including common areas, meeting spaces, and reception areas. Assemble and maintain recruiting and marketing materials, including candidate welcome baskets and promotional items. Assist with special projects and other operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in office administration, reception, customer service, healthcare staffing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
