Job Description
Overview We are seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and Officer staff. This role provides advanced administrative, secretarial, and customer service support while handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and Officers.
- Manage calendars, phone calls, scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Prepare monthly reports, assemble and upload board packages, and maintain committee and board books and minutes.
- Attend board and committee meetings and distribute required materials.
- Assist with Loan Review Committee scheduling and Annual Shareholder Meeting materials.
- Maintain and update company policies and master documents for board review.
- Support Commercial Loan Officers with administrative and lending-related tasks.
- Handle mail distribution, supply ordering, copier tasks, and general office support.
- Interact and coordinate with customers, vendors, and external partners.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all bank, employee, and customer matters. Qualifications
- Administrative or clerical experience at the executive level required; banking experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe, and general office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally with executives, staff, customers, and vendors. Additional Information

$20.00- $22.
