Job Summary:
As an Administrative Specialist C, you will provide administrative support services to NuVantage Employee Assistance Program. In this role, you will help ensure smooth office functions, manage records, and assist with general data entry. You may also provide support with billing processes and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist members as the first point of contact, connecting them to resources.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Two years of experience in an administrative support role. Two years of post-secondary education is desired. Strong computer skills - including internet, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn program specific software/database applications. Ability to manage complex data and be detailed and accurate when working with documents and financial transactions. Excellent written and oral communication abilities, good judgement, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to concentrate in a fast-paced environment and respond to frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
