Office Assistant Job Description:
Great Lakes Stone Supply, Inc. is seeking a full or part-time Office Assistant to join our team in our Duluth, MN location. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties would include but not limited to: Assisting purchasing/inventory team, Assisting bookeeping team, Assisting marketing with implementation and tracking, general office organization & stocking, general office clerical, etc. Must be computer saavy and proficient in microsoft suite. Quickbooks experience is highly preferred. Experience in web development and/or design would be a huge plus.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2 years of previous office experience. Computer saavy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
