Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Fergus Falls, MN. This position supports daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and maintaining organized records and files. The Administrative Assistant assists with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, coordinating correspondence for leadership, and providing clerical support for events and member activities. The role also includes data entry, updating member information, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with staff to ensure efficient and professional front-office service. Qualifications Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills to support daily office operations and documentation. Professional phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with members, partners, and the public. Experience with executive administrative assistance, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email platforms) and basic data entry and record management. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting. Customer service mindset and ability to represent the Chamber in a positive, respectful, and inclusive manner. Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in business, administration, or related fields is beneficial.
